SELLING POLICIES 

Prices and or availability may change at any time!!

Deposit required to hold horses/ponies is 50% and NON REFUNDABLE

We CAN NOT "hold" a pony without a deposit.

First come first serve, if you don’t have a deposit to hold it, someone else may buy the pony at any time.

Payments can be made after half down is received, BUT ALL MONIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CHECKS CLEARED BEFORE LEAVING HERE.

Coggins and Health Papers will be provided by the SELLER unless special terms were made on pkg deals.  Any vet charges will be responsibility of the buyer after purchase of the pony.

Two weeks free board is given to help allow transportation arrangements.  Board is charged at $2 per day pasture or $4 per day stall unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller.  EXCEPTION, foals NOT WEANED ARE NOT CHARGED BOARD as long as they are with their mothers.  After weaning board will be charged.

The internet is a great way to find, buy or sell, but you never know about people.  These are guidelines set forth so there are no misunderstandings if something is forgotten in the numerous emails going back and forth.  If you have a question about any of the above, please don’t hesitate to contact me.  There are usually ways to work things out, so if you’ll ask I’ll certainly consider it.   Thanks for considering my ponies!!!
